Market Development Specialist
About the Role
The Market Development Specialist plays a vital role in building profitable relationships with key account clients and ensuring quality customer service for all SERVPRO customers. This position is responsible for increasing brand awareness, enterprise capability, and capacity throughout the insurance industry, resulting in increased call volume and revenue for our franchise community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with client field claims personnel and promote partnerships with trainers and franchises.
- Develop approved SMR Marketing Tools and related talking points.
- Develop approved national account managers' talking points.
- Create quality contracts and/or bulletins that provide adequate ROI over the life of agreement.
- Ensure franchise performance meets and/or exceeds client expectations.
- Validate program performance via claims information center and other available reporting tools.
- Serve as liaison to SERVPRO stakeholders to ensure elevated issue resolution actions plans are in place to meet performance standards.
- Manage Key Accounts communications and exhibit good customer service.
- Manage issue/claim resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in the development and use of automated information report tools (i.e. Microsoft CRM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related concentration is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required for business needs.
