About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Franchise Audit Supervisor to join our team at Servpro Industries, LLC. This individual will be responsible for training, supporting, and mentoring Franchise Auditors and Interns to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute franchise royalty audits effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise auditing and accounting practices, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills. They will also possess the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with other departments and franchisees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for new Franchise Auditors and Franchise Audit Interns on franchise royalty audits.
- Coach and mentor Franchise Auditors and Franchise Audit Interns to support their continued professional development and growth.
- Provide ongoing oversight and support to Franchise Auditors and Franchise Audit Interns, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Solve complex issues throughout the audit process, communicating with franchisees and escalating issues to departmental leadership as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding SERVPRO royalty processes and policies.
- Conduct complex franchise royalty audits, including audits of multi-unit and multi-market SERVPRO franchisees.
- Support the creation and maintenance of departmental policies, process documents, and templates.
- Support royalty risk assessments and audit planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auditor with a strong understanding of franchise auditing and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other equivalent accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with other departments and franchisees.
- Able to understand and interpret legal documents such as franchise license agreements.
