We are seeking a skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our Reconstruction Division, you will oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, estimating, and negotiating repair projects to meet client expectations.
- Coordinating with project managers, estimators, and the construction team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Developing and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- SUPERVISING subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers to maintain accountability for project performance and quality.
- Ensuring all subcontractors uphold the high standards of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism outlined in our subcontractor agreements.
- Reviewing and approving project budgets, including adjustments and change orders.
You will also be responsible for providing clear guidance, training, and support to ensure team members and subcontractors understand the scope and quality standards of each project. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
