Provide timely, concise, and accurate reporting on all receivables activity.Initiate collections on current and past-due accounts following company SOP for accounts receivable workflows.Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.Assist in the resolution of billing disputes by collaborating with Job File Coordinators and other team members as necessary.Address client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status in a professional and timely manner.Maintaining assigned accounts aging to meet department and company goals.QUALIFICATIONS :
3 years of Administrative / Office related experienceAccounts Receivable / Collections experience preferredIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to pick up new proprietary softwareMaintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitaskUtilize outstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong phone presence neededAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsMust be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer serviceHELPFUL TO HAVE :
2 years of experience in A / R, collections or accountingWater, Fire, and Mold Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not requiredAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
