Job Description:
Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits.
Responsibilities:·
- Meet or exceed assigned validation by executing the marketing cycle, setting up appointments, maintaining commercial contacts, developing professional association with commercial clients across all channels of business
- Possess superb marketing tactics and business acumen by contacting daily marketing leads with an objective based approach.
- Responsible for lead generation in large loss settings across the local, regional, and national footprint
- Generate and maintain lasting productive relationships with vendors, storm/large loss teams, co-workers, sales staff, management, and ownership with the intent that these successful relationships lead to successful business opportunities
- Responsible for attending all storm and large loss events that the company engages in as a lead generator
- Conduct a high level of communication with customers, office staff, and department management by providing impeccable customer service while utilizing professional and effective verbal and written communication
- Responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and dependable records including lead generation, call continuum, and outcomes data. Results will be shared with appropriate personnel on a continuous basis to ensure business development
- Compile and maintain commercial center of influence (COI) information to identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
Base Compensation: $100,000 annually commission
Commission:
Validation of $5,000,000 in volume is achieved, you will be eligible for a commission of 1% on all subsequent sales. (Min 50% mitigation gross profit margins, min 40% construction gross profit margins, min 25% janitorial gross profit margins)
*Commission will be based on all invoices related to a project paid in full within a 10-month period from the initial billing. After the 10-month period, the sales are no longer profitable and will not be added to any validation, salesperson, or sales manager.
