- Perform administrative duties to support restoration and construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and project-related tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.
Prior experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office software and technology (experience with CRM or job management software is a plus).
- Availability to handle after-hour calls on a rotating basis as part of the role.
