Job Title: HR Specialist with Recruiting Focus

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while supporting broader HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the recruiting process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and assist in hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong pipelines of talent.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring goals.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in developing employer branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
  • Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar is a plus.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position working varying hours between 7:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week minimum. Travel requirements minimal.
