OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
Core responsibilities involve multiple aspects of Human Resources and administrative operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative Duties :
1. Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment and facilities.
2. Coordinate employee training and travel arrangements.
3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
4. Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation as needed.
5. Tracking employee performance and training.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Human Resources Duties :
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Data Management :
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee information, attendance, and l leave.
2. Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics and administrative tasks as required.
Compliance :
1. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
2. Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS :

PAY RANGE : This would be a full-time position, with a pay rate between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Send resume when responding to this job post.
