    GROW WITH US! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator. In this dual rote, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments while also handling key human resources functions.   • OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Core responsibilities involve multiple aspects of Human Resources and administrative operations.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Administrative Duties :

    1. Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment and facilities.

    2. Coordinate employee training and travel arrangements.

    3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

    4. Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation as needed.

    5. Tracking employee performance and training.

    6. Other duties as assigned.

    Human Resources Duties :

    1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

    2. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.

    3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Data Management :

    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee information, attendance, and l leave.

    2. Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics and administrative tasks as required.

    Compliance :

    1. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

    2. Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

    MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR functions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in QuickBooks
  • PAY RANGE : This would be a full-time position, with a pay rate between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Send resume when responding to this job post.
