Primary Responsibilities
- Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
- Commute throughout Racine county for regular marketing cold calls (Company vehicle is provided)
- Met sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
- Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)
- Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Manager with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
Position Requirements
- Must be driven and motivated to work independently daily
- Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong business and financial knowledge and process-and-results-driven attitude
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a plus
- Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft and OS platforms. Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve while being compassionate in high stress situations
- Participate in chamber, and other local organization events.
