The Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling SERVPRO® franchise services within an assigned territory, targeting both commercial and residential clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets through a strategic business development approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients, educating them on SERVPRO® services and key differentiators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Create and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) to highlight preparedness solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring and following up on jobs to generate additional business opportunities.
- Attend marketing events, networking functions, and continuing education seminars to promote SERVPRO®.
- Conduct lunch-and-learns and coordinate educational courses for clients and prospects.
- Develop and execute a strategy for converting a “Target 25” list into clients.
- Track sales activities, provide updates to owners and marketing managers, and collaborate with commercial centers of influence (COIs) to generate referrals.
