Key Responsibilities

  • Emergency Response: Quickly respond to water damage emergencies, including floods, leaks, and other water-related disasters.
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of water damage to determine the extent and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Restoration Procedures: Execute water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization using state-of-the-art equipment and methods.
  • Material Removal: Safely remove damaged materials like carpeting, drywall, and flooring to facilitate restoration.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of the entire restoration process, from initial assessments to final progress reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties.
  • Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.


Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in water damage restoration preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying, and mitigation techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and tools, such as water extractors, dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
