Promote and sell SERVPRO commercial services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop commercial customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships. A Commercial Large Loss Business Development Representative will monitor loss activities and priority respond to generate work from commercial opportunities and provide clear communication and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between large business development partners and key associations.
- Engagement in one-to-one relationships and establishment of brand awareness.
- Provide Priority Response for large commercial businesses.
- Establish lead qualification for potential commercial projects.
- Provide and execute storm responses for commercial clients.
- Utilize Salesforce client management system to document client & franchise community engagements.
- Assist with program implementation for all new commercial clients.
- Maximize account opportunities (leads, jobs, and revenue) by commercial clients.
- Communicate activities and results to commercial clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similarly related field is required.
- A minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible outside business-to-business sales experience
- Experience with sales and marketing with an emphasis on the commercial development sector.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.
- Working knowledge of business software technologies is preferable.
- Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD),
Compensation:
- $40,000 annual base salary/ plus commission percentage and bonus incentives
- Company car during business work hours
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.– 5 p.m., additional time as needed
- Medical, Dental, Vision Package offered, with employer contribution
