Job Summary
Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the NY/NJ and PA regions.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, and end-user accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage industry knowledge and market trends
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
