What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Enthusiast: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus, but we are open to training motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Resilient and Persistent: Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email, and social media to introduce SERVPRO®’s services and identify their needs.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services, setting the stage for successful sales.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments for our outside sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared with all necessary information.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with our team to assist in creating marketing materials aimed at generating leads and driving business growth and conversations with prospects.
