Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer Satisfaction
a. Management of the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
b. Manage all warranty activities.
2. Project Initiation
a. Evaluate and sell projects.
b. Educate customers on the reconstruction process.
3. Project Planning
a. Identify and document project scope of work.
b. Maintain customer and client communications.
c. Write timely estimates and scopes.
d. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
e. Ensure proper permits are acquired.
f. Work with adjuster, engineers, building inspectors as needed.
4. Project Execution
a. Review budgets.
b. Create project schedule and timeline.
c. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
d. Negotiate terms with subcontractors and set expectations with customers and clients.
e. Responsible for quality of job and a great customer experience.
f. Responsible for job profitability.
Needed Skills:
Task and detailed oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed required. Construction and insurance backgrounds preferred. Xactimate experience required. Travel is required. Typically, in the state of Nebraska. Travel into surrounding states can be required. Overnights are possible. Must be able and willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license.

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
