Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing customer service
- Scheduling estimates and jobs
- Intake of new customer information and database entry
- Maintaining job file documentation and communications
- Processing customer payments
- Audits and uploads of Insurance key account clients
- Accounts Receivable (A/R) / Collections
- Communication with Field Crew Members
- Scanning / Filing
