Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating appointments for staff.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency .
