We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Servpro. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include completing internal job file quality reviews, preparing estimates and billing invoices, coordinating crew and job scheduling, performing basic accounting functions, and assisting in employment recruiting activities.
About the Role:
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
