Seeking a temp-to-hire Senior Project Manager for the Northstar SAP S4 HANA implementation project. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday, and involves 50% travel. The target start date is March 1, 2025. The role sits within the technical PM team of 8-10 people, supporting the 100 person Northstar program, which runs through 2028. Initially, the position will focus on coordinator-level tasks, transitioning to full PM responsibilities over time.
- Travel : 25% initially, increasing to 50% by March / April 2025; travel between Dallas, Miramar, and implementation sites starting September 2025.
- Context : NorthStar is largest initiative, integrating 60 applications with SAP S4 HANA.
- Scope : Replacement of legacy order-to-cash systems with SAP S4 HANA.
- Integration Partner : Deloitte.
- Key Applications : SAP ECC, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMI, Salesforce.
- Methodology : Predominantly waterfall, with minimal Agile elements.
