Responsibilities:
- Gather information the models and model-related systems
- Develop documents that translate technical information into less/non-technical terminology.
- Work with model users/stakeholders to ensure documentation meets their needs.
- Revise existing documentation as needed
Skills/Experience Required:
- Understanding of mathematical models, statistics, and their applications.
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of the finance/mortgage industry is a plus.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; Master s degree preferred. - Expertise in content creation, editing, and structuring documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and translate business needs into actionable documentation and process recommendations.
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and clarify documentation needs.
- Experience in working with large volumes of data and associated analytical data models
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.
- Learning and training skills, including the ability to create user training materials and facilitate training sessions.
- 6 years of experience as a business systems analyst with experience in technical writing
