What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator (Seasonal) position at Sesame Flyers?
DUTIES:
Report to the Program Coordinator daily, monitoring PBL cohorts, coordinating among participants and PBL supervisors, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Support the Program Coordinator in supervising all administrative activities, including PBL assignments, conducting enrollment interviews, ensuring all participant forms are complete and submitted, collecting and coordinating participant activity sheets, the Participant Outreach Tracker, evaluations, and surveys.
- Supervise, compile, maintain accuracy, and timely report all program statistical data for review by the Program Director and the Director of Program and Job Development before submission to relevant agencies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least an Associate Degree or 2 years of college experience.
- A 2-year work history with computer experience is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work a flexible, sometimes hectic schedule.
- Knowledge of SEL and PYD.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of East Flatbush, Flatbush, Crown Heights, and Canarsie neighborhoods.
