Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting and forecasting, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with departments to align financial goals and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA a plus)
- 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
