Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership : Lead and inspire the design team by managing and mentoring junior designers, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality visual outputs.
- Brand Adherence & Compliance : Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and ensure all materials meet compliance standards for the regulated nicotine industry.
- Marketing Collateral Development : Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital assets, print materials, packaging, and point-of-sale displays.
- Concept Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Visual Design : Execute compelling and cohesive visual designs that enhance brand identity and communicate brand messaging effectively across various platforms.
