We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS models, SQL, and API systems. This role will involve coordinating API systems and customer interactions, assisting with system setup and testing, and supporting product launches. The candidate should have a semi-technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with offshore teams. Familiarity with the Retail and Manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage API systems and customer interactions.
• Guide customers through system setup and configuration.
• Assist customers with testing in test environments.
• Clearly explain API processes and functionalities to customers.
• Support and coordinate product launch activities.
• Handle technical edge cases and troubleshoot issues within API systems.
• Potentially manage and execute product load launches.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore development teams located in other countries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management coordination.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with technology and a semi-technical background.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and SQL.
• Familiarity with API systems and their functionalities.
• Knowledge of the Retail and Manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore teams.
