Position Overview:
Join our burgeoning start-up as an Insurance Billing and Customer Success Specialist. As we chart the waters of the behavioral health sector, this role stands pivotal in managing insurance billing intricacies tied with an EHR system. The perfect candidate will combine technical acumen with excellent interpersonal skills, aiding psychotherapists and clients alike while adapting to the rapid shifts of our growing business. This is a mid level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adaptive Insurance Billing and EHR System Support:
- Troubleshoot insurance billing questions within the evolving parameters of our EHR system.
- Learn shifting insurance company and clearinghouse protocols while keeping pace with start-up system changes.
- Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Foster feedback loops with team members for continuous EHR system improvements.
- Empathetic Customer Support:
- Offer tailored assistance to clients regarding billing and system features, showcasing patience and understanding.
- Guide psychotherapists through EHR system nuances as our platform evolves.
- Serve as an empathetic liaison for all stakeholders, ensuring open channels of communication.
- Technical Documentation and Training:
- Curate documentation on billing processes, EHR functionalities, and evolving support protocols.
- Lead training and demo sessions for diverse customer teams and stakeholders, adapting to the shifting needs of our start-up.
- Ensure documentation remains up-to-date, reflecting the agile nature of our business model.

Qualifications:

- 2 years experience in insurance billing and familiarity with EHR systems. Behavioral health billing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated agility in customer support roles, especially within start-up settings.
Salary:
