Responsibilities:
- Test software following a formal automated testing method using various telephony and networking hardware spanning multiple hardware platforms.
- Generate test cases based on defined requirements and product functionality.
- Perform baseline, system, and regression level testing in support of research and development efforts.
- Analyze large log data sets and software test data while documenting results in a clear and concise manner.
- Create test documents such as test plans, requirements verification traceability matrices, and test summary reports, and provide analysis of test procedures.
Required:
- 5 years of experience with being a test engineer developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results in while performing system testing of complex systems
- Strong Python experience
- Experience with using and developing scripts in Python and creating regular expressions for searching data sets
- Experience with integrating new and old technologies into existing network configurations and test beds
- Experience with creating scenarios that support the creation of test cases and analysis of procedures
- Ability to manage discrepancy reports identified during testing
- Ability to develop, build, and test multiple lab environments using various telephony and networking hardware following formal testing methods
- Ability to set priorities and rearrange schedules to address unexpected issues, and perform baseline, system, and regression level testing in support of research and development efforts
Desired:
- Knowledge of Jenkins or other Continuous Integration Frameworks
- Knowledge of PyTest automation frameworks
- Knowledge of SPLUNK
- Knowledge of working in a Linux environment
- Knowledge of working in an Agile environment
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related
discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE
experience maybe substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph

For this position, the projected pay range is $90,000 to $220,000
