What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Stager position at Set the Stage Hilton Head Savannah?
We are seeking talented and creative Home Stagers to join our team at Set the Stage Hilton Head Savannah. As a Home Stager, you will be responsible for transforming properties into attractive and marketable spaces. Your keen eye for design and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of homes, ultimately helping to sell them faster and at higher prices.
For SCAD and other interior design students we offer the ability to build your portfolio and experience including conceptual design using Canva/Adobe product selection and presentation and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Staging
- Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their goals and vision for the property staging
- Assess properties and develop staging plans to highlight their best features
- Select and arrange furniture, artwork, accessories, and lighting to create appealing and inviting spaces
- Assist home buyers with selection and purchase of home furnishings from our staging collection and large range of leading home and outdoor furnishing companies- Use your knowledge of color theory and lighting techniques to create visually pleasing environments
- Make recommendations for minor renovations or repairs that can enhance the overall look of the property
Skills:
- Ability to visualize spaces and apply design skills to create attractive spaces that will welcome prospective buyers and enable them to be connected to the home
- Ability to assist homeowners to conduct minor renovations spaces by selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Maintain a current view on trends in the interior design and home furnishing space including colors, styles and product quality
- Experience with Canva/Adobe or similar design and presentation tools is desirable but not required.
- Proven project management abilities to ensure timely completion of staging projects
Location and Hours
- We are looking for talented individuals in Savannah GA as well as Hilton Head/Bluffton/Beaufort SC.
- We offer flexible hours and with the ability to select which projects you wish to work on thru our online scheduling app.
