What You’ll Do:
- Handle Logistics Tasks: Manage keys, organize paperwork, and run signs to ensure everything operates smoothly.
- Assist with Property Design and Prep: Help prepare properties for open houses and showings, making them presentable and inviting.
- Photo Preparation: Work on creating the best real estate photos in Savannah, ensuring every listing shines.
- Deliver Important Documents: Handle document delivery to clients, courthouses, and local offices with care and professionalism.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Set up signage and deliver marketing materials to promote listings and events.
- Prep for Events & Help Host: Assist in planning and hosting our amazing events, creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.
- Assist Clients with Property Prep: Provide support to clients in preparing their properties for listings and showings.
- Tackle Various Office Tasks: Help with day-to-day operations and step up to tackle any challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
- Design Experience: Relevant design experience, such as graphic design, layout design, or any other general design skills, is a plus.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must have a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, including a 6' real estate sign.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Professionalism and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
