CNC Field Service Engineer
Our CNC Manufacturing Client in Mundelein, IL is seeking a new CNC Field Service Engineer to join their team! Work for a company that is trusted, hard-working and looking to continue growing.

Job Highlights:

- Pay: $33-40 /hr, based on experience. Opportunity for overtime.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Potential for travel outside work hours.

Job Duties:
- Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs.
Ideal Candidates:
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification.
- Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
- "Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
