Job Description, Culture / Events Coordinator :

This is an open full-time position within the Culture Department of Setna iO.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Take the lead or support planning of external special projects / events, meetings, and dinners.

Organize and host internal events & team building activities

Coordinate employee and customer gifts.

Organize and maintain promotional merchandise storeroom.

Host food and beverage services for client meetings and lunches

Restock and help manage office employee snacks and beverage program.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience in event coordination and / or hospitality.

Communication skills, both internally and externally.

Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willingness to show up on time and work efficiently without being micro-managed.

Positive attitude, helping to foster an encouraging environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs on a regular basis.

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Mon-Fri

Work Location : In person

Pay : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
