Responsibilities
- Enhance the patient experience by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality to develop and implement quality initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
Education:
- Completion of education to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
