- We are an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services, and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more.
Your Role
- The Patient Experience Navigator (PEN) improves the patient experience throughout their hospital visit, decreases hospital readmissions, and identifies process improvement opportunities.
- The PEN also assists with admissions and discharges during times of high patient volumes.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Quality.
Qualifications
- You must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.
- You should have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and general data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years' experience in hospital nursing is preferred.
