Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Electric actuator valve repair, assembly, limit setting and testing. All additional job responsibilities of Isolation Valve & Automation Technicians I and II. Level III will be required to be proficient in all sizes of valve automation from 2” up to 36” assembly, testing, and automation.

Positional Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of automated valve experience
- High School Diploma or GED plus 5 or more years’ industry experience
- Meets all Isolation Valve & Automation Tech I & II qualifications and requirements
- Proficient in Isolation Valve & Automation Tech I & II responsibilities
- Successful completion of Isolation Valve & Automation Technician Level III Written and Performance Test
- Successful completion of all applicable Quality Standardization Procedures
- Successful completion of QC assessment
- Working knowledge and proficiency of leading manufacturer automated valve lines
- Experienced trainer of Automated Valve Assembly Level I & II Technicians
- Demonstrate the ability to properly assemble pneumatic and electric actuator valves/equipment of multiple automated valve manufacturers per OEM Installation Operation Manuals (IOM)
- Demonstrate the ability to properly test and repair pneumatic and electric actuator valves/equipment of multiple automated valve manufacturers per OEM standards
- Trouble shoot all types of pneumatic accessories (Limit Switches, Positioners, Solenoids)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to manage people

- Support Automated Valve Assembly Tech I & II employees through mentoring and/or on-the-job (OJT) training
- Perform final quality inspection of valve and/or equipment

- Works mostly autonomously with little supervision
- Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance with company driving guidelines
- Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Lifting: up to 50 pounds
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Lift and carry: 50 pounds for 100 feet
