Seasonal Server / Bartender

Settlers Bay Lodge is now hiring seasonal servers to join our fast-paced, high-energy team! We’re looking for experienced, service-focused individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment—and who aren’t afraid to jump in wherever the shift takes them.

This is a server position first and foremost, but candidates with bartending experience will be strongly considered for banquet and event bartending opportunities. We believe in promoting bartenders from within, so if you’ve got bar skills and a team-first mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

This seasonal role offers part-time hours based on event bookings and restaurant needs, with potential for full-time employment, cross-training, and advancement for the right individual.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service to guests
• Take and deliver orders quickly and accurately
• Assist with banquet and buffet setup, service, and breakdown
• Craft cocktails for events if needed (bartending experience required)
• Communicate with guests about menu items, dietary needs, and specials
• Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
• Pitch in wherever needed—servers are expected to support across roles as dictated by the needs of the shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant and/or bar experience required
• Bartending knowledge is a major plus, especially for banquet opportunities
• Fast, focused, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• A team player willing to take on whatever role the shift requires
