Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Duties
- Ensure accurate posting of credit card transactions (Divvy card, Amazon Business
Account and other credit card). This includes monthly journal entries if necessary.
Sales Journal (Boulevard or Zenoti)
Disbursement Journal (bank activities)
Receipts Journal (bank activities)
