As an Area Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to a supportive and motivated work environment. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to mentor and inspire other team members.
Responsibilities :
- Reliability to commute to our Lincoln Park and Naperville locations.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and resources to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales targets.
- Implement company initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote professional development.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all clinics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and drive client engagement.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
