Becoming a Team Member :
SEV Laser is looking for a Director of Learning and Development to lead the design,
execution, and oversight of company-wide learning initiatives. As part of a small, hands-on
team, this role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven ability to build Learning and Development
strategies from the ground up. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical,
day-to-day implementation skills to create impactful programs that enhance employee
performance and align with our business objectives.
This position offers flexibility for remote work, with a strong preference for candidates located
within driving distance of a SEV Laser location to facilitate on-site visits.
Responsibilities :
Learning and Development Strategy
- Develop and lead a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy tailored to SEV Laser's unique business goals and fast-growing structure.
- Establish a scalable framework for training programs across the company, with a focus on customer-facing roles (reception and service providers) and corporate teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce development and training priorities.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation
- Select, implement, and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to centralize and streamline training efforts.
- Ensure the LMS meets the needs of a diverse workforce, offering intuitive access and functionality for all teams.
