We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a strong background in timeshare properties to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. We need a versatile leader who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
A Housekeeping Manager at a timeshare resort plays a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Unlike traditional hotels, timeshare resorts require meticulous scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth room turnovers while meeting the high cleanliness expectations of owners and guests. The Housekeeping Manager oversees the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring timely check-ins, deep-cleaning rotations, and compliance with brand standards. The role involves staff supervision, quality control, inventory management, and problem resolution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping operations for timeshare properties, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Manage schedules, inspections, and inventory to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and upper management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve housekeeping-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in timeshare housekeeping management is required.
- Fluent in Spanish (required). Creole is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
