The Position:
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all resort guests. Responsibilities will be to provide professional hair services using the standards established by the State of Oregon Board of Cosmetology and River Rock Spa.
- Provide customized hair treatments unique to each guest’s requests and needs.
- Hair treatments will include but are not limited to: Shampooing, conditioning, styling, setting, drying, coloring, highlighting, cutting, perming, updo’s, flat ironing and curling.
- Stylist areas will be kept clean, safe and follow standards set forth by the State of Oregon Board of Cosmetology and River Rock Spa
- Stylist license will be displayed at all times when on site and scheduled for services.
- Maintain a 20% retail sales level. This will be based from service levels.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Cosmetology license issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.
- Completion of Cosmetology program.
- 1 year experience performing hair services in a professional environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Understand and adhere to safety policies and sanitization standards required by State of Oregon Board of Cosmetology and River Rock Spa.
- Knowledge of current hair services, physiology, and skin disorders and contraindications.
- Ability to lead fellow team members and provide guidance when needed.
- Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current OLCC license required.
- Ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
