What You’ll Do:
- Support Personal Care Needs: Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
- Collaborate on Behavior Plans: Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
- Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.
- Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred. High School diploma with 1 year of related experience also accepted.
- Skills: Compassionate, organized, and eager to make a difference.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
- Innovative Environment: Engage in a dynamic setting that promotes personal choice and self-determination through diverse activities such as art, technology, health and wellness, and vocational training.
