Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring a Job Coach.
The Job Coach assists students enrolled in the school-to-work program to prepare for on-campus and off-campus work-based and actual work activities, with particular focus on students placed in actual job placement. The Job Coach supervises students engaged in vocational and transitional school-to-work activities. The Job Coach also assists and engages with students while providing support to classrooms as assigned.

Job Coaches are provided a paid 10-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and Federal
- Finger printing background record checks.
- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
- Must pass and maintain CPI and CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with special education students.
- Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the Stetson team.
- Physical management of students when necessary to maintain safety of students and staff.
- Able to work under high stress situations.
- Works well with others.
- Great Time management skills
