We are seeking a Job Coach to support students in our school-to-work program, preparing them for on-campus and off-campus work-based activities. The Job Coach will work directly with students, assisting with job applications, interview preparation, workplace behavior, and social skills development. This role also involves supervising students during job placements, both on-campus and in the community.

This role also involves supervising students during job placements, both on-campus and in the community.
Responsibilities
- Support students with job preparation and placements, including application completion and interview skills.
- Mentor and supervise students in job placements, both on-campus (e.g., industrial, culinary arts programs) and off-campus.
- Assist students with daily life skills such as managing schedules, budgets, bank accounts, and health insurance.
- Serve as the liaison between the school and job placement sites, ensuring student success in the workplace.
- Provide support in classrooms as needed and collaborate with residential units to promote independent living.
- Ensure student safety and well-being during off-campus activities, following behavioral management policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license (Class C or D).
- No professional license or certifications required.
Salary : $21 - $23
