Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in special education and therapeutic services
* Manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes
* Collaborate with families, state agencies, and community partners to ensure regulatory compliance and program development
Requirements
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with 5–10 years of management experience in special education, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
