Job Summary :
The Field Service Technician Level 4 provides field technical service and support, including installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of water and wastewater equipment globally. Responsibilities include field repairs, process improvements & monitoring, data analysis, operational decision-making, client communications, and leading technical solutions.
Requirements :
- Recommend and implement EHS initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support operations to ensure 100% reliability of production quantity and quality.
- Perform field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide technical consultation and training to on-site personnel.
- Act as a liaison between operations, contractors, engineering, and management.
- Drive project execution and provide ongoing training to operators.
- Maintain continuing education and develop troubleshooting skills.
