The Director of College Counseling will oversee a collaborative office to guide students, parents, and faculty through the college process. This includes visiting college campuses, maintaining memberships in professional associations, attending conferences, and teaching seminars related to college decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal; strong organizational skills; and the primary counseling skills of listening and reflecting. They will be committed to contributing to the extracurricular life of Severn School.
