Job Responsibilities
As an Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff member, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Managing behavioral challenges and developing strategies to promote positive behavior
- Supporting individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
