As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting participants with their daily lives. This includes supporting them with personal hygiene and daily activities, as well as helping them engage in their favorite activities and become an active part of the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist participants with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs through positive reinforcement and coping strategies
- Take initiative to help participants achieve their goals and objectives, such as improving budgeting skills or increasing physical activity

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
