As the Senior Analyst on the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple areas of analytics and insights with a focus on metrics across Finance, HR and Ops that enable the ability to track, measure, and eventually predict outcomes.
This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Director, Data Analytics on analytics projects including insights presentations, research analysis and statistical testing.
- Work closely with the team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver consolidated metrics and reporting in self-service dashboards or reports, while ensuring consistency, standardization and effective change management.
- As needed, provide data to senior management and leadership that highlights the challenges of the business using meaningful analytics; make recommendations based on identified patterns and trends
- Support the facilitation of ad hoc reporting and data requests by looking for opportunities for self-service and automation and working closely with other members of the analytics team.
- Support other strategic initiatives as needed using effective intake processes designed to drive data centralization and automation of analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field
- One to three years of relevant experience in reporting and/or analytics5-7 years’ related experience, with strategic consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm; strategic planning and execution skills honed through exposure to sound technology, analytical rigor, and operational focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and client interaction
- Strong technical skills preferred including
- SQL or similar database management language(s)
- Power BI or similar dashboard products
- Travel as needed (Approximately 10-20%)
