Program Supervisor Job Summary:
Rem Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
- Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities like meal preparation and planning.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Requirements:
- One year related work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
