Job Description
This position provides direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges in their homes and communities. You will help them with daily tasks, promote independence, and foster meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Provide emotional support and understanding to individuals with complex needs.
- Promote independence and self-advocacy skills in individuals.
